COVID-19 UPDATE - Exams at Home In response to the global pandemic Wall to Wall Computer Services are now providing Exams from Home (official proctored exams via remote login) from your home or office available right across Australia. These new remote exams will be available for a limited time and require no software to be installed on the host computer (everything is performed via a web browser online). We will essentially have access to some virtual machines running on the cloud with the exam software installed on them. You connect either using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Once assigned your booking time, you will receive an invoice/receipt and confirmation sheet with all the details and date/time of your exam. You will receive an email (30-60 minutes before your exam on the day) with a link to click on at your exam start time. You will be required to enter your Certiport user name and password (needs to be setup before) and then you will be able to start the exam. Your exam will be monitored by Wall to Wall Computer Services as part of our proctor services (just remotely). You will need to be precise as your reservation will be for a very specific time with other groups coming in after you. Note: You can choose to take a single Associate Exam, a single Expert Exam, or pass several Associate exams (3) to become a Microsoft Office Specialist. Alternatively pass 2 Expert level exams plus an Associate level Exam to attain the ranking of Microsoft Office Expert.

Become a Microsoft Office 2019 Specialist or Expert

As mentioned above if you take a single exam (and pass) you gain an Associate or Expert Accreditation for that product alone (e.g. Microsoft Excel 2019 Associate). Passing several exams as above takes you to another level as either a Microsoft Office 2019 Specialist or Expert for the suite rather than the individual product only.

What do I need to do now?

1. Decide which package/s you would like to certify for
2. Check your knowledge against the table above and define which areas you need more help with
3. Optionally: Speak to one of our consultants about getting your knowledge to the correct level
4. Contact us and we will set aside a date and time for you to sit your exam (you will know the results on completion)
5. If successful, your certificate will be posted to you directly in several weeks time after the exam

How much does it all cost?

The cost for sitting each Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) exam at Wall to Wall Computer Services is $240 including GST. Each exam takes approximately 50 to 60 minutes to complete. The exam is run online and all you need is an isolated room, a web browser, an exam booking with us and a stable internet connection.

P.S. Make sure you don't purchase exams or exam vouchers from overseas as these voucher codes are not valid for Australian Testing Centres and ensure you get your certificate administered by an Australian Authorised Testing Centre.
